And it has always been in our hearts to love and serve our clients well while providing a luxury experience to them.
Though we can personally only serve a limited number of clients each years, it is with hand selected artists who are personally trained by us, that we are able to provide that luxury experience to a greater number of couples through our wonderful associate team who we have trained and trusted as a part of our brand and team since 2020.
When you work with our associate team, all communication is with us personally— and the best part? You still get our signature editing style and the full Shauna and Jordon experience.

We begin by determining which package best suits your needs and reserving your date, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your wedding weekend is secured with our team. We will work personally with you and your planner to create a timeline that accommodates all of your special requests and ensures that every moment of your day is captured flawlessly.
We also understand that organizing family groupings can be a daunting task, which is why we provide assistance in creating and organizing your family portraits to ensure that everyone is included and that the process is efficient and stress-free.

5. Ongoing Check-Ins
When you book with our talented team of associate photographers, you can expect a personalized experience from start to finish. We believe that getting to know our couples and understanding their unique vision for their wedding day is the key to capturing images that truly reflect their love story.
About two months before your wedding day, we will begin to chat more about the specifics of your day. This includes details such as your family formal shot list, special traditions, and any other important information that we should know about your big day. We create a custom shot list for each of our couples, taking one more "to-do" off of their list.
The week before your wedding, we will send a video email to go over all the details and ensure that everything is set and ready to go. Throughout the entire planning process, we are here personally to answer any questions you may have and to provide guidance and support along the way.
6. The Big Day
As a team, we believe in getting to know our couples on a personal level so that we can capture their unique love story through our lens.
That's why we take the time to understand your wedding day specifics, family dynamics, special traditions, and everything else that is important to you. We want to ensure that we have all the information we need to make your wedding day perfect.
Our associates are not only talented photographers with an artist's eye, but they are also skilled at keeping everything running smoothly and on time. They understand the importance of capturing every moment while also ensuring that the day flows seamlessly. 7. The Editing
We understand that choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident in choosing our team to capture your day.
Our associates are carefully selected and trained to ensure they not only share our photography style, but also our values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
While our associates are the ones photographing your day, we work closely with them throughout the entire process to ensure everything is running smoothly and to ensure you receive the same level of service and quality as you would with us as the lead photographers.
Our editing process is one of the most important steps in creating your wedding gallery, and we love that our associate clients are able to still receive our signature editing style through our skilled team We want you to love your photos for years to come, and we know that our signature style is a big part of what makes our photography so special.
8. Image delivery
Your wedding day is a memory that will last a lifetime, and we want you to be able to relive it over and over again. That's why our associate photographers work hard to capture every moment, big and small, with an artist's eye and an attention to detail.
Once your wedding day is over, we promise to deliver your gallery within about 6-8 weeks through an online gallery, so that you can easily share it with friends and family.
When you receive your gallery, we'll also provide details about preserving your images through prints and albums.
We want you to be able to cherish your wedding day for years to come, and we're excited to be a part of preserving those memories for you.
We love your work and we’re ready to book! What’s the next step?
To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 50% retainer. To receive your contract and invoice, let us know which package you'd like to book.The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your wedding date.
How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves?
Galleries typically include anywhere between 50 and 75 photos per hour, though the exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited, high resolution images you can share on social media, print anywhere, or you also can print online through your gallery via our professional printers.
Do you offer albums for your couples?
Yes— in fact, most of our tend to purchase an album to serve as their family heirloom for decades to come. However, we know how difficult it can be to decide on sizing, pages, and album covers when you haven't even gotten married yet. So, we aim to simplify that process for our couples.
After their wedding day, we can discuss you album in more detail. So that once you've actually seen the photos from your beautiful wedding day, you can then begin to decide on how to design that heirloom.
Do You Travel for engagement sessions or destination weddings?
Yes! Traveling is a huge part of our couples' lives, and we absolutely adore traveling all over the world with them for their sessions and weddings! Sometimes we are already in a location they want their session (which is free of travel fees), and sometimes, our couples will invest in having us travel to a special location just for them! Feel free to reach out to Shauna if this is something that you're interested in.
When do you charge travel fees?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of 60 miles from our
home in Sarasota, Florida.
Fees vary depending on location, but we absolutely love to travel for our couples, so please feel free to ask us for more
details.
Engagement Sessions
It takes time for most couples to warm up to being
photographed and understand how we pose. Timelines can be
pretty tight on weddings days and sometimes, 30 minutes could be all that we
have for couples portraits - which is why we’ve found that wedding day
portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement
sessions ahead of time.
Sessions also allow you to showcase your personalities in a setting that is significant to the two of you. While they’re great for save-the-dates, we’ve taken
engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to a
few days before the wedding. Both international and nation wide destination engagement sessions are a favorite of our couples. If you have a place in mind, feel free to reach out for a custom quote. Or, if you see that we are traveling to a destination you'd like to be photographed in, we can always see if we can just add you to our calendar- free of charge- since we will already be in that location.
ALBUMS
We truly believe there is so much importance in having an heirloom wedding album. Because the truth is, our images can only impact marriages if they are visible and viewed. So on our couples' anniversaries, they sit down together, look through their wedding album, and talk about their marriage. The good, the bad, and where they want it to go in the future.
These high quality professionally designed albums come in a
variety of linen & leather colors.
These aren’t the same albums your parents wedding photos came in.
They’re modern, lay perfectly flat and look incredible on coffee tables.
All albums are prepaid with a down payment before design begins. Albums typically take
between 4 to 6 weeks to complete and include three rounds of revision. Albums may be ordered anytime before or after the wedding day.
